Joshua Stoll was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting, he went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law. He served as a clerk in Utah’s Third District Court while in school.
After graduating, Mr. Stoll served as a deputy district attorney and has successfully handled many jury trials. For the past several years, Mr. Stoll has utilized the litigation skills he learned in the district attorney’s office to protect the rights of individuals who have been injured. He believes in prosecuting personal injury claims with aggression and integrity, and his primary focus is obtaining the best result for each client. Mr. Stoll is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
Mr. Stoll often makes his 20 mile commute on his bike, and finds great solace in the canyon climbs up and down the Front Range. A passionate cycling fan, his favorite races are always Paris Roubaix and De Ronde van Vlaanderen. Mr. Stoll lives in Westminster with his lovely wife and daughter.
